Bai Yiming is a Ph.D. student in population health, at the University of Hong Kong. In the past two years, she has been engaged in research work on population health and sustainable economic development as a researcher. She has a master's degree in social sciences and finance. From a child, she expected that the mental health of her peers would be addressed in a well-rounded perspective including building a caring environment and having peer support and enhancing individual inner psychological resilience, which led her to become active in many charity activities and research population health issues. She has participated as a volunteer in several charity events advocating for UN SDG since 2017 with a primary interest in poverty alleviation and adolescent health.
