Stavros Zoumboulakis

Stavros Zoumboulakis, a writer of many books, was born in 1953. He studied Law and Greek Language and Literature in Athens and Philosophy in Paris. From 1998 to 2012, he served as the directo of the review Nea Hestia. Since 2008, he has been president of the Administrative Board of the biblical foundation Artos Zois. In 2015 he was appointed honorary professor at the Department of Philosophy, Education and Psychology of the University of Ioannina and in 2019 of the Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Literature of the University of Crete. In 2017, he was awarded the State Essay-Criticism for his book In the Light of the Novel.
