Sébastien Tellier is one of the most distinctive figures on the contemporary French music scene and a key figure of the “French touch” style. As a multi-instrumentalist with a distinct aesthetic and artistic identity, he has crafted a unique musical universe that oscillates freely between pop, folk and electronica, blending romanticism, irony, and a cinematic atmosphere.

He established himself in the early 2000s with releases such as Politics (2004), while his iconic “La Ritournelle” brought him worldwide recognition and, twenty years later, led to one of his most memorable performances, at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.
Through his discography, which spans seven studio albums, he has carved out a multifaceted artistic universe, amassing a rich catalog of distinctive tracks such as “Universe,” “L’amour et la violence,” “Divine,” “Roche,” “Cochon Ville,” “Fingers of Steel,” “A Ballet,” and more.
Alongside his musical career, he has worked on film soundtracks, directed projects, and collaborated with creators outside the music industry, while his distinctive persona has also made him a leading figure in the world of fashion.

2026 marks a new chapter in his musical journey, with the release of his new studio album, Kiss The Beast, where he collaborates with prominent artists and producers such as Nile Rodgers, SebastiAn, and Kid Cudi, revisiting the entire sonic spectrum of his career and steering it into new, unpredictable directions.
