Radwa Hosny
Nalafem Envoy to UN Women and Focal Point in Egypt
Radwa Hosny is a passionate advocate for gender equality and women’s rights. Holding a Chemistry degree from Suez Canal University, she has served as Senior Communications Specialist, Campaigns Coordinator, and Feminist Writer for Women of Egypt, where she addressed critical issues such as female genital mutilation and child marriage. Her advocacy began with A Girl Revolution, inspired by her own experience with gender-based violence.
A fellow of the One Million Leaders program and UN Women volunteer, she is Egypt Country Representative and Focal Point for Nalafem Collective, and Nalafem’s Envoy to UN Women. Representing both Nalafem and the Young Feminist Caucus, she contributes to global policy via Beijing+30 and the Youth 2030 High-Level Steering Committee, and its Task Force, ensuring youth voices are present and heard at the highest levels. Founder of Her Right to Education, Radwa is a courageous Young Women Human Rights Defender.
