Vice President of Social Impact, Paramount

Noopur is an Emmy, Peabody, and Webby Award-winning media executive with over 20 years of experience leading cutting-edge initiatives that drive consumer engagement, grow brand equity, and transform culture. As Vice President of Social Impact for Paramount, she has been instrumental in shaping the impact strategy for some of the world’s most iconic brands including MTV, Comedy Central, and Showtime. 

At Paramount, Noopur founded and now leads the company’s content advisory practice as well as impact marketing efforts for top TV and film franchises, with a goal of enriching storytelling and activating viewers. Noopur has also spearheaded pioneering industry initiatives and helped build an unprecedented coalition of leading experts and top media companies, including Amazon, Disney, and NBC, to revolutionize mental health storytelling. Her leadership on narrative and culture change has earned her speaking invitations from the White House, Cannes Film Festival, the UN, and more.  

Prior to joining Paramount, Noopur was a consultant at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard College.
