Brian Chapman is an experienced organizational leader and consultant who has led both large and small organizations to sustained growth. Prior to joining Columbia, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company and Chief Operating Officer for a large state agency in the US. He has spent the past 15 years at Columbia, leading analytical and strategic efforts across a range of disciplines.
