The curtain falls on this year's open events of the Summer Nostos Festival at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) on Sunday, June 25th, with remarks by the Co-President of the SNF, Mr. Andreas Dracopoulos.
On Friday, June 23rd, 2017, the evening race titled SNF RUN: Running into the Future will take place for the third consecutive year, as part of the events comprising the Summer Nostos Festival (www.SNFestival.org) and, like every year, the occasion will coincide with the celebration of the Olympic Day.
Within a few days, the curtain opens for the Summer Nostos Festival (SNFestival), the summer’s greatest celebration, organized and exclusively funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) that will welcome thousands of visitors of all age groups and interests at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). All events of the SNFestival are free and open for all, however, due to the finite number of seats to selected events hosted at indoor spaces, priority vouchers will be issued. The priority vouchers, will be distributed one hour before the scheduled start time at the Foyer of the Greek National Opera (GNO) and the Labyrinth.
Never before has it been so easy for people to be in touch with one another. Mass media and mass communications have redrawn maps and erased distances great and small such that nothing seems to stand in the way of me talking to you, you talking to me, us seeing them and them seeing us.
On Friday, June 23rd, 2017, the evening race SNF RUN: Running into the Future, will be organized for the third consecutive year. The race will take place as part of the week-long open to all events of the Summer Nostos Festival (SNFestival), which is organized and exclusively funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), from June 18th to June 25th at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC).
