Kaiden Slaughter appeared in The Trevor Project’s docu-style short film “Learn with Love,” along with his mother Kristen Slaughter. Released in January 2023, “Learn with Love” is an original video series which spotlights trans young people from all over the U.S. sharing their experiences of growing up and how the adults in their lives affected them, affirmed them, or changed them.

Kaiden is going into his sophomore year of college, majoring in Computer Science. Kaiden enjoys studying the Bible, assisting children with their mental health, and sharing about his relationship with Jesus Christ to support the larger LGBTQ community.

In his spare time, Kaiden enjoys playing the latest video games (such as Fortnite, GTA and NBA2K), going on nature hikes, and watching basketball as a former high school player.
