Adeline has spent her career working for gender and racial justice, health equity, and human rights. She is currently the Managing Director of the Americas program of Fondation CHANEL, an international foundation dedicated to improving the economic and social conditions of women and girls. Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent over 10 years working with the UN, governments and NGOs in the Caribbean, South Asia, East and West Africa and the United States as a specialist and team manager in health justice movements, global maternal and child health, LGBTQ rights, health economics and operational research and evaluation. In addition to her role at the Fondation CHANEL, she serves on the Steering Committee of the Collective Futures Fund, the CARE Fund and the Board of the Hopital Albert Schweitzer in Haiti-- a hospital and health justice organization in Deschapelles, Haiti. Adeline has a Masters in Public Health (Social Determinants of Health) from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelors of Arts in Cultural and Social Anthropology with a minor in Feminist Studies from Stanford University. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with her two children.
